Tequila

Unlike mezcal, tequila is typically produced using more controlled cooking methods, such as steam ovens or autoclaves, which result in a cleaner, brighter flavour profile. It offers a range of styles, from crisp and fresh blanco to more complex reposado and añejo expressions aged in oak barrels.
